Welcome to our Frequently Asked Question page. Here you will find answers to some of your basic questions about low back pain, knee pain, neck pain and other types of pain. Q. If i have a knee or hip joint replacement can I still do this programme?
A. As there are many different types of replacement prosthesis', you are at different ages of prosthesis and they can varying in stabilty depending on age I recommend: Yes you can very safely go into the half position for the Flat Footed squat. (This will allow you to get your hands to the floor to do daily tasks and reduce the load on the artificial joint and also original joints) All other elements of the programme are totaly safe for your hip and or knee replacement. There are directions on the DVD to only attempt what you feel safe and painfree to do.
